Adventures to Make You Fall in Love With Winter

Hibernation is boring, winter never is. Play in the snow, catch up with friends and make the most out of this amazing season. In case you were wondering, we love winter!

Winter Tours work on your schedule. Pick a date, bring a few friends along or treat yourself to a solo adventure and head out to explore Nordegg & Abraham Lake with your guide. Join us to explore David Thompson Country, from the ice bubbles to frozen waterfalls and canyons.

Our small group size allows us to be flexible while on tour and to slow down to enjoy the journey. We take care of all the logistics, transportation, equipment and lunch so that all you have to do is enjoy the breathtaking destinations our region has to offer.

A Few Things To Know

We get to play outside on our tours and that means you’ll want to come prepared for the weather. Make sure to dress in layers and come prepared for the unpredictable weather we often get in Alberta. We rarely cancel tours due to weather, as long as we can have a safe adventure. You’ll be amazed at how warm we get snowshoeing at -20C or how much fun hiking in the rain can be!
