Head out with friends this summer as we build up to hiking Coliseum Mountain in September. We'll be hiking to waterfalls and canyons, making our way across the Kootenay Plains surrounded by amazing views and we'll end the series with a summit overlooking Nordegg, Abraham Lake and the front range of the Rockies on this women exclusive adventure series.
Our small group size allow us to be flexible while on tour and to slow down to enjoy the journey. We take care of all the logistics, transportation, equipment and lunch so that all you have to do is enjoy the breathtaking destinations Central Alberta has to offer. Transportation from Red Deer, Rocky Mountain House or Nordegg is included.
Join the full series or just pick the dates that work best for you.
Sign up for all 5 hikes for $450, 3 hikes for $300 or pick individual hikes for $110 each. Each of the tours includes transportation from Red Deer, Rocky Mountain House or Nordegg along with lunch, hiking poles and guide.
The second hike in our private monthly hiking series took us on the classic Siffleur Falls hike followed by a detour up on the benches along the Siffleur River to a viewpoint overlooking the North Saskatchewan River, the Kootenay Plains and the main range of the Rockies.
We have the pleasure of running a private monthly hiking series for a group of ladies this summer. The first hike of the season took us along the Cline River Canyon and Coral Creek Canyon on an easy to moderate 7 km hike.
A Few More Things To Know
We get to play outside on our tours and that means you'll want to come prepared for the weather. Make sure to dress in layers and come prepared for the unpredictable weather we often get in Alberta. We rarely cancel tours due to weather, as long as we can have a safe adventure. You'll be amazed at how warm we get snowshoeing at -20C or how much fun hiking in the rain can be!
