Payments

All rental charges must be paid for in full when booking or picking up. Payment can be made online or in store. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Debit (tap only - max $100) and cash.

Current, valid photo identification (driver's license or passport) must be shown for all rentals. A valid credit card or cash deposit is required for all rentals.

Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable but we will offer you a credit for a future adventure if you cancel a minimum of 72 hours prior to departure. If you did not prepay and cancel your booking within 72 hours of departure we may require you to prepay for all future adventures.

In the event that we have to cancel due to a late return, a full refund will be issued.

Pick-up and Returns

Pickup is after 1 pm. Earlier pickups are usually available, just let us know when you book and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Returns are due by 1 pm. If you need to make special arrangements please contact us as early as possible. Late returns are an issue that impact others with their bookings. Late returns will be charged a single day rental fee per item for each day late.

Damage, Dirty or Lost Items

The renter is responsible for all costs associated with cleaning and repairing equipment that is returned in a damaged or dirty condition. Shop rate ($45/hr, $20 minimum) plus full retail value for any parts or material required up to the replacement cost of the item.

An Accidental Damage Waiver covering damages to the equipment rented is available. It does not cover loss or theft of equipment nor damage due to negligent use of equipment or personal injury.

Coverage is $5 per rental.

Maximum rental value is $250. Coverage for group bookings or bookings larger than $250 is available upon request.

By declining this damage waiver, you agree to assume full responsibility for the use and care of this equipment. You agree to reimburse Pursuit Adventures for any loss or damage to this equipment, other than reasonable wear and tear resulting from use.

Replacement cost for lost, stolen or destroyed equipment will be charged at full retail value.
