Adventure Pass Gift Certificates

Adventure Passes make for great presents all year long. All passes are transferable, allowing you to share them with friends, can be redeemed at face values on all our adventures and do not expire. For example, if you have a $30 | Snowshoe in the City pass but you want to go on a different trip, all you have to do is pay the difference.

Can I get a different amount?

Email us at info@pursuitadventures.ca, message us on Facebook Messenger or call us at (403) 986-6190 to arrange for a gift card for an amount of your choice.

How do I get my Adventure Pass?

All online orders are usually emailed, shipped or are ready for pickup within 72 hours.

If you chose the email option you will receive an email with your booking code. It can be used online as soon as you receive the email.

If you chose the in-person pickup option you will receive an email, including your booking code, as soon as your order is ready for pickup at the Red Deer Visitor Information Centre.

If you chose the delivery option you will receive an email, including your booking code, as soon as your order is shipped. Currently we only ship regular mail through Canada Post.

What are the shipping costs?

Email delivery and in-person pickups are always free. The Canada Post shipping option is $5 per order.

Can you send the Adventure Pass to someone else for me?

By default, all Adventure Passes are delivered to the person placing the order. If you would like to us to send them to a different address please contact us and we will make sure they get to the right person.

How do I use my pass?

Your pass will include a code that can be used when booking online. The Adventure Pass will work on the tour listed by default. If you would like to use it or combine multiple Adventure Passes on one booking please contact us.

Once the code has been used for a booking the pass will no longer be valid.

What if I lose my pass?

Contact us immediately. If your pass has not been redeemed we can usually cancel the pass and issue you a new one if you provided us with all the required information at the time of purchase.
